- 6:15pm: Welcome Remarks in Space Centre Auditorium
- 6:30 to 7:15pm: Talk by reknown Canadian astronomer Dr Jaymie Matthews - "EXPLORING PLANETS FAR, FAR AWAY... WITHOUT HYPERDRIVE!"
- 7:15 to 7:45 pm: Break - Guests are encouraged to peruse Space Art and History Exhibits
- 7:45 - 8:45: Planetarium Show - "Black Holes"
- 8:45 to 9pm: Closing Remarks
- 9:00 pm - (Weather-Permitting) Telescope Fun with RASC Vancouver Centre (outside)

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
No ID's are required. Families are welcome although the event may not be suitable for young children. Adults and children 12 and older interested in space will likely enjoy this event.
What are my parking options at the event?
There is paid parking at the venue.
Can I bring my own telescope to the event?
Weather permiting, after 9:00 pm, RASC Volunteers will be setting up their telescopes outside of the MacMillan Space Centre and will give an explanation on how to properly set up a telescope. You are welcome to bring your own telescope too, although you are solely responsible for your own equipment and the Canadian Space Society is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen equipment.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you are unable to attend the event you are welcome to give your ticket to someone else. There is a limited number of tickets available based on sitting space, so only one person per ticket will be admitted.
